My approach weaves together psycho-somatic therapies with heart centered attachment therapy.

Essentially, no matter where you are in life, or what has happened, my job is to KNOW you have the capacity to live and love and feel empowered to choose the way you walk this life.

I am deeply blessed to have learned and worked with Indigenous communities in Alberta for nearly 30 years. I honour the interconnectedness of traditional knowing, and the sacredness of healing as a communal, embodied journey.

I intend to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome — a place to explore, release, and reconnect with your innate capacity for peace, joy, and wholeness.
